The YTS41 4‑in‑1 Oil Condition Sensor adopts piezoelectric resonance MEMS elements. Through internal integration of high‑precision signal sampling and processing units, combined with a built‑in algorithm, it can automatically and real‑time detect 8 key indicators: liquid temperature, kinematic viscosity, density, dielectric constant, water activity, water content, dynamic viscosity, and oil quality.
The YTS41 is a multi‑parameter online monitoring sensor that provides comprehensive oil condition analysis. By measuring 8 key indicators simultaneously, it gives you a complete picture of your fluid's health in real time — enabling true predictive maintenance.
YTS41 is widely applied to online monitor the viscosity and density of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, gasoline, diesel oil, jet fuel, kerosene, biodiesel, ethanol, chemical reagents and coating inks.
Instead of deploying 4 separate sensors, the YTS41 combines viscosity, density, dielectric constant, and temperature into a single compact probe — saving installation space, wiring, and maintenance costs.
