The YTS-M-1 Micro‑Moisture Sensor is designed for continuous, rapid detection of water activity (aw) and dissolved water content (ppm) in lubricating and hydraulic oils. Its unique moisture sensing probe front‑end can real‑time capture the electrical characteristics of oil‑water mixture changes, and through a high‑precision temperature probe for data compensation, it obtains moisture content in oil via an optimized algorithm.

Description

Monitoring the micro‑moisture of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil in large‑scale continuous operation equipment, heavy machinery equipment and other equipment has an irreplaceable role in ensuring the normal operation of these key equipment.

Because the presence of moisture will damage the oil film, cause the failure of additives, cause corrosion of metal parts, shorten the service life of oil, and even cause unplanned shutdown of large machinery, causing serious safety accidents and economic losses.

For generator sets and transformers, moisture will destroy the insulating properties of the oil and pose a threat to the safety of power equipment and personnel.

When to use YTS-M-1?
