The YPA-FJ4 Quick Particle Counter Analyzer is a portable device that uses fluid sensing technology and light extinction principle to measure particle count, temperature, moisture content, and water activity of oil. The device evaluates lubricating performance and equipment lubrication state by measuring both contamination particles and moisture. It provides an evaluation basis for rapid on-site assessment of lubricating health.

Description

The YPA-FJ4 quick portable particle counter adopts fluid sensing technology, which can quickly measure the temperature, moisture content and water activity of oil. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a light extinction principle measurement detector, which is used to detect insoluble particles in the liquid.

Both particle contamination and moisture directly affect the lubricating performance of the oil and the lubricating state of the equipment. The YPA-FJ4 accurately measures the performance of new oil and the quality of degraded oil in use, providing an evaluation basis for rapid on-site evaluation of equipment lubricating health.
