Real-time oil cleanliness monitoring with light blockage method
The YFJ-4 Online Particle Counter Sensor is developed based on the light blockage method (photoresistance method) principle. It is used for online real‑time monitoring of particle pollution in the oil circuit of hydraulic systems. The sensor can detect oil pollution of solid particles in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, insulating oil, turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, kerosene, water‑based hydraulic oil, and particle impurities in organic liquids and polymer solutions.
The YFJ-4 online particle counter sensor is developed based on the light blockage method (photoresistance method) principle, which is used for online real‑time monitoring of particle pollution in the oil circuit of hydraulic systems.
It can be widely used in aerospace, aviation, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, traffic, port, metallurgy, machinery, and automobile manufacturing. The sensor detects the oil pollution of solid particles in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, insulating oil, turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, kerosene, water‑based hydraulic oil, and detects particle impurities in organic liquids and polymer solutions.

Online particle counters provide continuous cleanliness monitoring — unlike lab samples which only give periodic snapshots. You catch contamination events immediately and can correlate them with specific operations or environmental conditions.
